By creating an account or using ManCore in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use ManCore. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ManCore ("we", "us", "our"), operated at mancore.net. You must be at least 18 years old to use ManCore.

ManCore is a personal health-tracking platform for men. It provides tools to: • Log daily symptoms (energy, sleep, mood, urinary health) • Track supplements and their dosages • Set and manage health screening reminders (e.g., PSA tests) • Review personal health trends over time • Access educational content about prostate and men's health ManCore offers a Free plan and a Pro plan with additional features. Features may change at any time.

ManCore is an educational and personal tracking tool. It is NOT a medical device, medical service, or healthcare provider. • Nothing on ManCore constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • Symptom logs, health scores, and supplement information are for personal awareness only — not clinical interpretation. • Always consult a qualified physician, urologist, or other licensed healthcare provider before making any health decisions. • Do not delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you read or track on ManCore. • In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. By using ManCore, you acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on the platform.

To access most features you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Notify us immediately at support@mancore.net if you suspect unauthorised access • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

ManCore offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. • **Free plan**: Access to core tracking features, no credit card required. • **Pro plan**: Billed monthly or annually at the rates listed on our Pricing page. Prices are shown before you are charged. Subscriptions: • Renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. • Can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period — no partial refunds for unused time. • Are processed by our third-party payment provider. Your payment details are handled by them directly and are never stored by ManCore. We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to: • Use ManCore for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of ManCore • Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from ManCore • Share your account credentials with others • Impersonate any person or entity • Use ManCore to harm, harass, or deceive other users or third parties Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Your health data belongs to you. We act as a custodian, not an owner. • We never sell your health data to third parties. • We never share your data with insurance companies, advertisers, or employers. • You can export or delete your data at any time. Our full Privacy Policy (mancore.net/privacy) explains exactly what data we collect and how we protect it. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on ManCore — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and educational articles — is owned by ManCore or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all personal data you submit (your logs, notes, and records). By submitting content to ManCore, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ManCore content without our express written permission.

ManCore integrates with third-party services (such as authentication providers, email platforms, and payment processors) to deliver its features. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. Links to external websites or resources are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of any external sites.

ManCore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to: • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • Warranties that any health information on the platform is accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual situation We do not warrant that ManCore will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ManCore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any loss of data, revenue, profit, or goodwill • Any health outcomes resulting from use of or reliance on ManCore • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to ManCore in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you have paid nothing) Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. • **You**: Delete your account at any time from account settings. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. • **Us**: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use ManCore in a way that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use ManCore ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will: • Post the updated Terms at mancore.net/terms with a new "Last updated" date • Send an email notification to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect Your continued use of ManCore after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using ManCore and may delete your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ManCore shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@mancore.net. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
