What does Pro add?

Pro unlocks the advanced analytics dashboard (90-day trends, correlation heatmaps), supplement interaction checker, full-history PDF reports up to 365 days, personalised supplement recommendations based on your symptoms, and the full Expert Q&A Library of 200+ evidence-referenced answers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel any time from Dashboard → Settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan automatically. No partial refunds for unused time. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing works out to $10.00/month ($119.99/year) — a 50% saving versus monthly. You're billed once a year.

Is my health data private?

Always. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your personal health data with third parties — ever.

Is this medical advice?

No. ManCore is an educational health-tracking tool. Always consult a qualified doctor or urologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Do you offer a free trial of Pro?

The free plan itself is the trial — it's a complete, permanent tool, not a time-limited demo. Use it as long as you want before deciding whether Pro's advanced analytics and interaction checker are worth it for you.

Will I be charged automatically after I sign up?

No. Signing up creates a free account — no card required, no automatic charge. You only enter payment details if and when you choose to upgrade to Pro, and you'll see the exact price before confirming.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Nothing is deleted. Your account reverts to the free plan at the end of your billing period, and your full tracking history stays intact and accessible — you just lose access to Pro-only features like 90-day analytics and the full Q&A library until you resubscribe.

Is there a limit on the free plan?

No artificial caps on tracking — log as many symptoms and supplements as you want, for as long as you want. The free/Pro line is drawn at advanced analytics and reporting depth, not at how much you're allowed to log.

What if I'm not satisfied after upgrading?

Cancel any time, no questions asked, and you won't be charged again — see our full Refund Policy for exactly how billing works. We don't do money-back guarantees on used time, but we also don't lock you into a contract: one click ends it.
