ManCore ("we", "us", "our") is a men's health tracking platform operated at mancore.net. We provide tools for tracking supplements, symptoms, and prostate health metrics for educational purposes. For questions about this policy, contact us at: support@mancore.net

We collect information you provide directly: • **Account information**: Email address when you join the waitlist or create an account. • **Health data**: Supplement logs, symptom diary entries, screening reminders, and health scores you record voluntarily. • **Usage data**: Pages visited, features used, and session duration — collected anonymously to improve the product. We do NOT collect: Government ID, payment information (the product is free), or location data beyond your country/timezone.

We use your information solely to: • Provide and improve the ManCore platform • Send account-related emails (reminders, product updates you opt into) • Analyse anonymous usage patterns to improve features We do NOT use your health data to target you with advertisements, sell to insurance companies, or share with any third party for commercial purposes.

Your health information (symptoms, supplements, PSA scores) is treated with the highest level of care: • Encrypted at rest and in transit (AES-256 / TLS 1.3) • Never sold, licensed, or shared with third parties • Never used to build advertising profiles • Accessible only to you, and to our engineering team in anonymised/aggregate form for debugging ManCore is not a HIPAA-covered entity as we are not a healthcare provider. However, we voluntarily apply healthcare-grade privacy standards to all health data.

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase (database) and Vercel (application hosting), with primary data centers located in the United States and the European Union. • All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). • Our hosting and database providers are bound by data processing agreements and maintain SOC 2 / ISO 27001-aligned security practices. • We do not store health data on our own servers — it lives exclusively with these vetted infrastructure providers. • We never sell or license access to the servers or databases that hold your data. If you are located in the EU/UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

We use minimal cookies: • **Essential cookies**: Required for login sessions and security. • **Analytics cookies**: Anonymous usage data via privacy-respecting analytics (no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We do not sell your data. We share data only in these limited cases: • **Service providers**: Hosting and infrastructure providers bound by strict data processing agreements. • **Legal requirements**: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users. We will notify you promptly if we receive a legal request for your data, to the extent permitted by law.

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to: • **Access**: Request a copy of all data we hold about you. • **Correction**: Update inaccurate information. • **Deletion**: Delete your account and all associated data at any time — permanently. • **Portability**: Export your health data in a machine-readable format. • **Opt-out**: Unsubscribe from all marketing emails at any time. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymous aggregate data (e.g., total number of users) may be retained indefinitely.

ManCore is intended for men aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at support@mancore.net and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of ManCore after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
